Our fitness classes welcome babies from newborn to 24 months. Whether your baby is sleeping beside you, enjoying tummy time or exploring independently, we’ve created a space that works for everyone. For little ones who are on the move, we ask that they are happy playing independently and respectfully alongside the group. Plus, our dedicated studio assistant is on hand to offer an extra pair of hands whenever you need one (if you’re comfortable), so you can focus on yourself for a little while.
