Are babies really welcome in every class?
Absolutely. Our classes are designed specifically with mothers in mind. We provide safe, comfortable spaces within the workout area for mats and bouncers, ensuring your little one is always close by while you move.
What do I need to bring to my first session?
We aim to take the stress out of your visit. We provide high-quality mats and all necessary props. We simply recommend bringing a water bottle, a small towel, and a favorite toy or blanket for your baby.
How soon after birth can I join postnatal fitness?
Your safety is our priority. Most mothers are ready to start gentle movement after their 6-week postnatal check. For those who had a C-section, we often suggest waiting 10-12 weeks. Please consult your health professional before your first visit.
What happens if my baby cries or needs feeding during class?
We embrace the beautiful reality of motherhood. You are free to pause, comfort, or feed your baby whenever you need. Our community is built on understanding, and no one will blink an eye if your little one needs extra love.
Do I need to book in advance?
We highly suggest booking as early as possible to avoid missing out on your preferred time. Our sessions fill up quickly, so grabbing your spot early ensures you can join us. Our easy online tool makes it a breeze.
What is the difference between The Foundation Series and The Reset Series?
The Foundation Series
For first-time mums with babies aged 0–6 months.
The Foundation Series is designed to support mums as they navigate the transition into motherhood for the very first time. Over 10 weeks, you'll connect with other mums in a similar stage, learn from expert guest speakers and build confidence in caring for both your baby and yourself.

The Reset Series recognises that motherhood looks different the second time around. While you may already have experience caring for a baby, you're now balancing the needs of multiple children, family life and your own wellbeing.
Over 10 weeks, you'll connect with other experienced mums while exploring topics tailored to this unique season of motherhood.
