The Mum Club Refund Policy

The Mum Club Refund Policy recognises that schedules can change quickly when you have a little one, and we truly appreciate your understanding of our booking policy. To help us plan and run our programs smoothly, all bookings are final and we’re unable to offer refunds, credits or make-up classes for missed sessions.

If a program is cancelled by The Mum Club, or there is a significant change to the schedule that no longer works for you, we’ll happily offer a refund or transfer option. This policy is subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
