Refund Policy - 10 Week Programs
We know that schedules can change quickly when you have a little one, and we truly appreciate your understanding of our booking policy. To help us plan and run our programs smoothly, all bookings are final and we’re unable to offer refunds, credits, or make-up classes for missed sessions.
If a program is cancelled by The Mum Club, or there is a significant change to the schedule that no longer works for you, we’ll happily offer a refund or transfer option. This policy is subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Policy - Fitness Classes
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to keep our policies as fair and flexible as possible.

Casual Class Bookings:
Casual class bookings may be cancelled for a full refund if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable.

Monthly Memberships:
Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled renewal date. Once a membership payment has been processed for a new billing period, refunds are not available for that month.

If a class or program is cancelled by us, a refund, credit, or alternative class option will be provided where appropriate. This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
